What We Are Looking For: Experienced IT Operations Manager to oversee and manage our IT operations, focusing on daily operational activities, incident management, change management, and IT governance. The ideal candidate will lead a team responsible for maintaining the reliability, security, and efficiency of our IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring compliance with IT policies, procedures, and industry standards. What You’ll Be Doing: IT Governance Ensure compliance with ITSM process (i.e., change, incident, knowledge) Assist in the design, implementation, and managing of a comprehensive IT governance framework, aligning it with business objectives and industry best practices Manage the IT policies, procedures, and standards-aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements Manage the implementation and maintenance of IT controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulations Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess the effectiveness of IT governance practices and identify areas for improvement Global Operations Leadership Lead the incident response process, ensuring timely and effective resolution of outages and service disruptions Utilize metrics and KPIs to bring visibility of our IT operations to the organization Ensure compliance of policies regarding Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Act as liaison with Business partners on incident management and change management Motivate the team through coaching, career planning, and setting individual objectives The Skills You Bring: Understanding and working knowledge of data center infrastructure environments (e.g., operating system, security, network, voice, end user, and server-related applications) Well-organized and exceptional prioritization skills Experience working on IT operation Proficiency in ITIL and IT Service Management practices (Incident, Problem, Change, etc.). Experience engaging in high-severity production incidents and communicating status Ability to ensure that contracts align with IT governance principles, compliance requirements, and organizational goals Vendor relationship management skills, including vendor selection, performance evaluation, and contract renewal Effective oral and written communication skills and knowledge of IT service delivery concepts Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and network technologies An equivalent combination of education and related experience may also serve to meet these minimum requirements Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team of IT professionals Experience in setting departmental goals, and optimizing operational efficiency Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field ITIL or COBIT certificate 3-5 years of experience working on IT operations Desired Qualifications: Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and standards affecting IT governance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX) Experience in leading IT governance projects from initiation to completion Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or ITIL certifications What We Offer: Collaborative work environment Competitive Salaries Yearly bonus Comprehensive benefits for you and your family starting Day 1 Unlimited Paid Time Off Flexible working environment TradeStation Account employee benefits, as well as full access to trading education materials #LI-Remote
