We empower our employees to challenge the status quo, make bold recommendations, experiment, and adapt, so we can grow together and make a great business even better.**Position Summary**:Lead and implement operational framework (model, mindset, and governance) for the management of E2E workflow and all their parts (Brands, Insights, IMX, creative, execution). Orchestrate all the parts of the process including communication flow between stakeholders, charters overview, coordination of fusion points, download sessions and reporting. Control tower overview visibility of all the initiatives, enlightening key dates, blockers, and risks flag. Manages and design data uploading and usage of the process generating insights and recommendations of efficiency, workload, risks and opportunities. Individual contributor capable of leading by influence extended functional teams and agencies; ability to execute highly complex or specialized projects.**Primary Location**:- Primary location will be Costa Rica, however Flexible Location is allowed (within Latin America countries). Budget Relocation not approved for this role.**What You**’ll** **Do for Us**Coordinating the E2E process orchestrating all the parts (Brands, Insights, IMX, creative, execution Frontline and franchise).- Designing and implementing the necessary ecosystem of meetings and routines (fusion points, reports, decision meetings, download sessions) to ensure the least time consuming and better user experience possible.- Initiative’s orchestration and management through the E2E process, enlightening key dates, blockers, and risks flag.- Global charters overview, tracking and contact point.- Ensure E2E Process communication flow between key stakeholders.- Establish proper backlog in project management tools according to prioritization results.- Generate insights about E2E Process (improvements, stop, start, learnings).- Manage Kanban E2E Flow with key stakeholders to ensure initiatives workload visibility.- Run flow metrics and foster knowledge about key team indicators.- Ensure connection between development and execution phase by following up what is being adapted by markets, besides wiring adaptation cloud.- Working with project leads and innovation PMOs in building and maintaining release burndowns, velocity projections and project forecasts for project visibility and to ensure timely decision-making.- Identify and lead opportunities of automatization and digitalization of processes to gain efficiency and reduce workload for the organization.- Design data gathering from the process iterations and propose future improvements on what to track, analyze and how these conclusions will help a continuous learning cycle to improve the process efficiency and data-based decision making.- Bring outside best practices or examples to help evolve our process and way of working.**Qualification**s** **& Requirements**- 10-12 years of experience working with cross-functional and cross-geographical teams- Experience working with marketing in the field is preferred, especially brand management- Awareness of Agile / Scrum- We are looking for change agents that are ambitious and have a balance of creativity and business understanding.**Required**:Marketing Process & RoutinesChange Management and Culture Transformation- Agile Ways-Of-Working- Strong Communication Skills- Market Experience**Good to have**:- Ko System Knowledge- Scrum Mastery- Internal & External Stakeholder Management- Strong Negotiation Skills**Work Focus**:- Ability to orchestrate multiple stakeholders, delivering the highest priority in a seamless fashion across platforms, systems, processes, routines etc.- Ability to analyze complex issues and bring together multiple concepts across functions to define and propose the direction.- Ability to mobilize and champion change management across the company.- Ability to develop, curate and deliver communication, cognizant of key stakeholders.**Communication Focus**:- The role communicates internally across the OU Marketing Team, Franchise, and global marketing operations community.- The role aligns multiple stakeholders across the OU, to adopt, support and implement the elements outlined in the scope of the role.- The role is also responsible for influencing and sharing information and practices across the Global Marketing community.**Primary Location**:- Primary location will be Mexico; however Flexible Location is allowed (within Latin America countries).
