- Definition and implementation of logistics processes
- Creation of objectives to be met with respect to efficiency and logistics.
- Control of the distribution process to the different points of sale or end customer.
- Daily supervision of the work team
- Union and teamwork in a transversal way with different work groups.
- Customer service and resolution of complaints or problems with the product.
- Selection of suppliers and direct contact with the purchasing department.
- Improvement of the effectiveness in production and quality processes.
- Supervision of shipment and follow-up of orders (distribution and transport)
Requisitos del Puesto
- Minimum bachelor’s degree.
- Studies in administration, procurement or commerce.
- Languages: Spanish and English.
Experiencia Deseada
- 2 years or more in similar positions
- Background in supply chain, logistics and customs.
- General knowledge of terminology, processes, roles, participants, processes in the area, etc.
- Experience in managing suppliers related to Customs (carriers, warehouses, brokers, etc.)
- Knowledge in Free Zone Trade Operations and Regulations, Use of TICA, VUCE and SIL.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP Systems
- Experience in industrial companies will be plus
