  • Definition and implementation of logistics processes
  • Creation of objectives to be met with respect to efficiency and logistics.
  • Control of the distribution process to the different points of sale or end customer.
  • Daily supervision of the work team
  • Union and teamwork in a transversal way with different work groups.
  • Customer service and resolution of complaints or problems with the product.
  • Selection of suppliers and direct contact with the purchasing department.
  • Improvement of the effectiveness in production and quality processes.
  • Supervision of shipment and follow-up of orders (distribution and transport)

Requisitos del Puesto

Care Experience Coordinator
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree.
  • Studies in administration, procurement or commerce.
  • Languages: Spanish and English.

Experiencia Deseada

  • 2 years or more in similar positions
  • Background in supply chain, logistics and customs.
  • General knowledge of terminology, processes, roles, participants, processes in the area, etc.
  • Experience in managing suppliers related to Customs (carriers, warehouses, brokers, etc.)
  • Knowledge in Free Zone Trade Operations and Regulations, Use of TICA, VUCE and SIL.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP Systems
  • Experience in industrial companies will be plus
