Descripción de funciones: Ensure the correct use of service levels and carriers.
– Communicate deviations to all parties involved.
– Provide recommendations to applicants on the best transportation options and service levels.
– Answer all queries from internal and external stakeholders.
– Monitor and provide status and solutions.
– Ensure and follow up carriers so that PODs are transmitted to the system on time.
– Direct the execution of requests for «special» deliveries to clients, keep stakeholders informed.
– Management and planning of carrier capacity and communication with stakeholders.
**Requirements**:
– Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain or Customs.
– Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Logistics, International Transport or Supply Chain.
– English language from B2 to C1.
– Intermediate – advanced management of databases, Microsoft Office 365 and Power BI.
