– Collaborate effectively with our team and client team.
– Establish responsible deadlines and work plans for efficient project execution.
– Migrate to GitHub.
– Work through the backlog of DevOps / CloudOps tickets.**Job Requirements**
– Great English proficiency (B2+ written and spoken).
– 10+ years of working experience with Cloud/Application Development/Platform engineering.
– Impeccable punctuality; being on time for meetings is crucial.
– Familiarity with Java and Python and related build tools (while these are not developer roles, familiarity with the tool chain is needed)
– Working experience with AWS and related services such as:– API Gateway, CloudFront, Elasticsearch, Fargate, Load Balancers, OpenSearch, S3, RDS, R53, etc.
– Containerized workflows with Docker, ECS and ECR
– Basic understanding of AWS networking including VPCs, Subnets, Firewall, TLS, etc.
– Experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure-as-Code tools for scripting and automation.
– Experience setting up build and deployment pipelines and related developer workflows in tools like: Jenkins, GitHub, CodeBuild/CodeDeploy**Nice to have**
– Knowledge of security best practices.
– Automation-first mindset.**Position Type and Expected Hours of Work**This is a full-time consultancy, with up to 40 weekly hours during regular business times. We operate under a flexible core hours policy to accommodate various schedules, allowing consultants to perform during their peak productivity times. Additionally, we offer the flexibility to work remotely.
