– Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills**Education**:– Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experienceThe LATAM Medical Service Delivery lead will partner with the LATAM Medical Service and Well-being clinical specialist to ensure compliance with country-specific regulations, operational excellence of service execution, and adherence to reporting requirements across the cluster.Accountable for management of multiple vendor contracts and relationships related to the delivery of clinical and well-being services in country. Extensive collaboration with multiple disciplines (and systems) across the firm including Global Sourcing, Third Party Management, Risk and Control, Legal, Audit, and Information Security (IS) is required.Responsible for data and record management for the on-site clinics, budget planning and forecasting, and issue identification and control. On-going review of vendors and expenses to identify opportunity for reduction and cost savings. Will ensure complete documentation of business practices, effective communication with team members across geographies, and develop/maintain strategic business continuity plan.**Responsibilities**:– Partner and support the Medical Service Delivery & Well-being specialist with execution of on-site medical services
– Collaborate with Global Sourcing to execute Master Service Agreements (MSA) and required contract amendments
– Lead Request for Information (RFI)/Request for Proposal (RFP) for the clinical services in the cluster
– Review MSAs to ensure Service Level Agreements are specified and achieved in accordance with terms
– Onboard and off-board non-employees (NEMS) working in conjunction with the medical clinics
– Perform ongoing monitoring and compliance of all vendors for different streams (e.g. Marketpalce, IS, INFO SEC, Third Pard Information Security Assessor (TPISA), Application Vulnerability Assessment (AVA), CROSS BOARDER)
– Create and track CAPs and RE’s related to the execution of on-site clinical and well-being service
– Serve as the Records Management Owner (RMO) for the on-site medical clinics in the LATAM cluster
– Willing to travel to other countries within the cluster, as directed
– Fluent in written and spoken Spanish
– Fluent in written and spoken English
– Communications skills in Portuguese preferred
– 2-5 years previous experience with third-party and vendor management
– Experience with invoice processing and Oracle payments
– Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
