** Your Role**: The Finance Specialist is responsible for entering customer and supplier information to ensure that it is accurate and up to date.
** Your Responsibilities**:– + Learn how to develop the processes into the company system, properly.
+ Attend to training.
+ Provide customer service either by telephone or electronically.
+ Good communications skills.
+ Be proactive to anticipate problems with the process handled.
+ Achieve productivity and quality.
+ The schedule we offer: Monday to Friday 7:45am to 4:45pm 100% on-site**Your Skills and Experiences**:– + High school diploma.
– + Intermediate English level – written and oral.
– + Intermediate Excel level.
– + Typing skills (25wpm).
– + Able to do overtime and/or work on holidays.
