Your Role The Process Specialist performs an ongoing review of processes at KNGS with the goal of improving operational efficiency, standardization, quality, automation (either E-Touch or RPA), eliminating waste and increasing system utilization.In addition, s/he develops strategies to implement and help implement the above objectives.
Your Responsibilities + Review KNGS Processes using `Tools and Methods´ concept trained by the Global Airfreight Process Team.+ Document Process reviews using BPMN and recording in Jira (SSCPO Project) and WIKI, based on Global Air standards and KNGS global transparency recording.+ Focus on Processes with highest potentials for improvement and volumes, as decided by superior.+ Engage with other GS site Support/Process Specialist teams to share best practices and improvement opportunities.+ Review main Processes, as defined by superior, to find commonalities and potential synergies.+ Regular engagement with the RPA Automation team to identify opportunities.+ Review BAM and reporting tools to identify performance challenges resulting from Process definition.+ Work with the KNGS Super User and Trainer to stay knowledgeable in System functionality and operational developments.+ Work and engage with the KNGS Super User, Trainer, Team Leads, and ABP’s if needed, in order to perform a comprehensive review and maximize improvement opportunities.+ Maintain alignment with the Regional Process Team and ABP’s for strategic direction.+ Engage with stakeholders to review results and findings from improvement projects.+ Timely update of JIRA and all other communication and demand tools.+ Confidential handling of statistics and Customer Country particulars.+ The schedule we offer: Monday to Friday 7:45am to 4:45pm (option 6:00am a 3:00pm) 100% on-site.
Your Skills and Experiences + At Least High school diploma.+ Advanced English level – written and oral.+ Intermediate – Advanced Excel level.+ Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt Certification or similar.+ Preferably with knowledge in the air logistics field.+ Knowledge of KN processes, systems, operations, productsand services.+ Project management experience+ Organized, self-disciplined and motivated.+ Communication and negotiation skills.+ Team Player.
