Intern – Packaging Graphics Specialist (Hybrid) Heredia About the position: Assist in the coordination and creation of packaging artwork and labeling, as well as support functions for the review and approval of artwork and content.
Collaborates to ensure labeling is correct and meets applicable regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities include the following: Coordination and creation of data for the labeling database and labeling format using corporate labeling software.
Act as a resource to product development teams in the creation of content for user instruction manuals.
Assists in the coordination/creation of Instructions for Use formatting Responsible for coordinating translations for labeling and instructions for use using translation vendors.
Assists review and change request activities for approval and publication of labeling, directions for use and other packaging components.
Assists in the creation of new packaging components and the introduction of changes to packaging components based on pre-existing formats and designs.
Communication with external suppliers regarding packaging artwork and testing.
Assists in the maintenance of all Packaging Graphics filing systems, paper and online.
What we are looking for: At least 70% of completed studies and currently enrolled in college in the following careers: Advertising Design, Graphic Editing or related career.Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator, basic Excel, Office.English level of 80% or higher.
Soft skills: Good communicator.Analytical drive.
