Descripción de funciones: **INSIDE SALES COORDINATOR – LEVEL III** **Description** Supports customer facing sales force through the rhythm of sales; Lead to close. Executes, supports, improves selected activities under limited supervision.
Compiles budgetary quotes for simple to complicated jobs by gathering technical data, customer presentations, lead time and others for customer facing sales force.
Gets involved in customer visits and events, makes decisions where there is no clear procedure outlined.
Receives and processes orders, issues order acknowledgements, invoices and shipping notices for simple to complicated jobs.
Communicates order status, inventory status and other associated information to customer facing sales force, and identifies any issues.
Resolves customer issues where applicable, engages other for resolution where applicable (including shipment and after sale).
Periodically reviews and reports inventory/stock levels, takes action and creates orders if needed.
Actively supports all branch personnel in the sale of products to retail customers across varying levels of tasks.
Communicates effectively – Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.

**Education, Licenses, Certifications**
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
Responsiblefor attracting business through technical advice and extensive knowledge of thelubricants product and market. Provides integral solutions to customers,providing recommendations regarding their requirements, maintenance systems,processes and follow-up control to their clients or business partners. Being anagent that ensures compliance with customer requirements in terms of advice,selection of specifications according to their needs, use of catalogs,technical sheets, also identifying and solving quality problems of the productssold. Makes and presents a monthly trend of closing sales and businesspipeline. Participate in the discussion and analysis of the monthly results oflubricants.
Make inventory suggestions according to theconsumption of the products of the accounts in charge. Management of physical and / or virtual businessfolders for commercial control. Generatesreports to send to the factory, that guarantees the management of customers/productsportfolio. Works as support in daily activities and tasks independent of herbusiness unit, such as coordinating the different activities that involve therecovery of company assets, and specifically in accounts receivable with baddebt balances. Itrequires at least 2 years of experience in customer service and sales.
