Descripción de funciones: **Vendor Management Lead** The VM Lead will perform end-to-end analysis, implementation, execution, management, oversight and reporting with third party relationships owned by the organization. The VM Lead will partner with Management, Third Party Officers, Third-Party Utility, Sourcing, Legal, and other groups in order to be successful. The role centers around having trust and partnership with various people and functions, and leveraging these relationships in order to be effective and efficient.

The VM Lead will support the business in audits where vendors are either impacted or in direct audit scope pertaining to third party compliance, including the tracking, reporting, and obtaining audit deliverables for management review prior to submission. Additionally, the VM Lead proactively identifies trends and makes recommendations on items such as process and controls. The VM Lead meets regularly with various leaders and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and ongoing operational control dialog takes place. The VM Lead will action concerns, requests, drive supplier facilitation, and implement a flexible governance methodology that supports third party relationship and compliance.

The VM Lead relies on a foundation of developed skillsets and training; however, must also leverage dynamic decision-making abilities and have the willingness to constantly learn and adapt. The VM lead must have excellent organizational skills and do well when working on many different tasks at one time. The role will report into the Vendor Management Head and have several globally located colleagues, meaning virtual meeting mastery is critical to success.

**Job Functions/Responsibilities**:

The functions of this role include, but are not limited to:

Drive discussions and build strong relationships with partner functions, such as Procurement, Legal, Third Party Management, Risk, serving as a bridge between functions and the business. Drive supplier optimization and efficiencies, such as cost reduction, operational improvements, contract combinations, and other work to drive efficiency and effectiveness for the business. Work with business contacts to establish appropriate risk mitigation activities to minimize risk to Citi. Knowledge and understanding of Third Party Management and Risk Management, Coordination, tracking and reporting of Third Party Management and Third Party Risk Management activities within the business and to management. Liaise with the ESC Third Party Utility, as necessary, to review and respond to the results of third party risk management activities conducted centrally by the Utility. Perform Compliance Assessments as needed, identify/report exceptions and drive remediation activities to sustainable processes. Review, assess and act on results of assessments/controls Manage and/or Conduct on-site visits of suppliers, as required. Interact with suppliers on escalations of non-performance and/or contractual issues to drive resolution and service improvement, as appropriate. Monitor and report on third party performance and SLAs, either directly or through coordination with other Citi stakeholders Build and maintain metrics, data, summaries, and dashboards of third party performance and footprint. Identify and drive improvements using data. Lead Contractual engagements for the business, such as Amendments, Renewals, and RFQ, RFP, RFI. Handling ad-hoc requests from stakeholders, and using relationships and knowledge to solve problems. Understanding that every issue is also an opportunity. Standardize and drive SLA performance and Service Reviews with key suppliers. Present executive briefs and high-level metrics senior management and stakeholders Drive process improvement and make recommendations to improve ways of working

**Qualifications**:

– 2-5 years of relevant experience in Vendor Management and/or a supplier management function

– Proven interpersonal, collaboration, influencing, and negotiation skills

– Excellent project management, planning and organizational skills. Must manage/track self and others, on a number of different tasks.

– Desire to learn, tackle new challenges as they arise, and grow the role. No day will be a repeat.

– Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral, with the ability to present complex and sensitive issues to management. Additional languages a plus.

– Experience working with other countries and businesses

– Experience in strategic sourcing/procurement and interacting with suppliers’ management teams with the ability to exercise sound, timely and independent judgment

– Demonstrated Subject Matter Expert (SME) knowledge in related area
