At Smith+Nephew, we design and manufacture technology that takes the limits off living.As a HRIS Workday Integrations Specialist you will be providing day-to-day support, troubleshooting, and training for HR Technology platforms, work closely with end users to gather requirements and find opportunities for improvement. Additionally, you’ll be involved in data management, testing new releases, and contributing to HR technology design and maintenance.For internal candidates only: (P3 level)What will you be doing?Gathering and document user requirementsTroubleshooting and resolving Integration issues, suggesting improvementsPrepare PICOF, PECI, Payroll Integrations,Ensuring effective change management and communicationManaging data cleansing and mass data uploadsAssisting in testing new HR Technology releasesParticipating in system-related projects and enhancements under the optic of Workday IntegrationsWriting test scripts and coordinating User Acceptance TestingWhat will you need to be successful?English Level B2+ (minimum required).Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent: computer science, information technology, or a related field.Workday functional knowledge and experience in global projects, data structure and security.Knowledge of Workday Studio & BIRTBasic Knowledge of Workday Integrations Technologies, Rest APIKnowledge/experience in Workday Extend desirableExperience with HR IT cloud-based systems and process integration.Understanding of HR Technology vendors and implementations in multiple markets.Knowledge of data privacy regulations and global HR processes.Effective workload management and prioritization capabilities to handle various tasks efficiently.Experience in service improvement.You.
