You will work on quality of employees’ HR data in AMERICAS region to ensure timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of data.**Your tasks**:– Preparation of data quality reports and finding the root cause of the missing and wrong data of people.
– Check of patters of issues/deviations and propose/address root cause of the issue with regional data administrators.
– Maintain a very high quality of regional data standards and have a constant focus.
– Support Business Intelligence (BI) Data Analysis & Analytics processes and activities to identify business intelligence, reporting, and data analysis needs.
– Liaison with international HR Data admins to rectify the data of our colleagues in the region.
– Support general admin tasks to implement policies and procedures regarding collating and analyzing data, develop new data analysis processes and assess analytics on an ongoing basis.
– Reconcile data and generate reports and updates for performance monitoring of product/ equipment to support other team members.**Your profile**:– Bachelor’s degree student
– Final year student
– Very good communication skills in English and Spanish in writing and spoken language
