Descripción de funciones: The Boutique Operations Manager will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing, and overseeing all Operations, Human Resources, and sales marketing activities of the company.

**Experience & Qualifications**:

– Minimum of 3 Years of Management experience in the high-end tourism industry.
– University Degree.
– Advanced English.

**Responsibilities**:

– Direct and oversee all Operational, Human Resource, and Sales and Marketing functions of the business
– Focus on the big picture of how to continue to grow the company with an emphasis on increasing revenue and decreasing expenses.
– Proactively Identify and Fill gaps and solve problems when challenges arise
– Identify weaknesses in the company and make a plan and process to strengthen them
– Balance the workload among team members by developing and reorganizing roles

Salario: ¢1,800,000.00 – ¢2,000,000.00 al mes
