– Type of Work: Full-time, Night Shift
– Work Schedule: 5 days a week (US time – Eastern Standard Time)**Working with Limitlessli**:– Remote work – home-based
– The environment must be quiet and professional**Summary**: The primary role of Healthcare TSR is to assist geriatric patients and/or their families in syncing their medical devices to WiFi or Bluetooth and then automatically uploading their vitals to the computer, thus allowing the doctor to monitor the patients remotely.**Roles and Responsibilities**:– Make sure that the patient is connected correctly to the DME device.
– Provide education to the patients on the functions and features of the device while working with them so they can be more self-sufficient.
– Clearly and concisely document all correspondence, interactions, and activities.
– Perform other essential duties as assigned or required.**Job Requirements**:– A minimum of 2-3 years of technical support experience is required, preferably in the US Healthcare industry.
– Ability to communicate effectively with patients, clients, and management through oral and written presentations or documentation reports.
– Excellent English communication skills
– Tech-savvy
