Descripción de funciones: The Global Procurement Operations Buyer is responsible for the on-going support across the Procurement Operations team. The Global Procurement Operations Buyer must collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient processing of Purchase Order Requisitions. This role serves as the operational support across the entire end-to-end procurement process with a focus on support to the India, Australia and New Zealand business units.What you’ll do- Ensure timely processing of procurement related tickets submitted by the BU- Provide assistance as needed to business unit representatives on the procurement processes- Interface and own timely updates to internal customers to expedite and resolve customer issues- Approve purchase orders based on functional approval limits- Work closely with accounts payable to ensure accurate and timely payments as needed and resolve invoice hold issues- Assist in pulling reports on as needed basis for executive management and procurement colleagues- Responsible for participation in system testingWhat experience you need- English Level B2 -C1- University career Student in Accounting, Finances, Economy, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field- 6 Months to 1 year experience with shared services in Procurement rolesWhat could set you apart- Program and project management experience- Experience in supporting cross functional business services- Oracle, ServiceNow, Google Business Suite knowledge preferred- Works well with a team and independently- Proficiency with French and Portuguese communications- Very strong customer service and results oriented mindset- Ability to organize, assess, prioritize tasks, risks, resources, milestones and deliverables
