Descripción de funciones: Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!Responsibilities:Measure and Drive Sales and Distribution and Production Planning business process performance.Support integration points between Sales and Distribution, Production Planning, and other SAP modules such as Material Management, Quality Management and Finance and Controlling.Initiate/guide business standardization, harmonization and change of processes and Master DataPerforms detailed business analysis (audit, survey, benchmarking, kaizen, etc.), outlining issues, concerns, opportunities, and pursuing solutions by working with the Sales and production teams and/or cross-functionally when appropriate (including IT and GROWTTH).Leads requirements gathering and documentation of business requirements/specifications, and gains consensus on priorities for process improvements and resulting technology needs.Leads or sponsors process improvement initiatives and projects. Initiates and/or participates in root cause/corrective action activities.Leads demands/project requests and change management processes for prioritization.Defines in conjunction with the VP of Supply chain standard policies, procedures for Supply Chain and Production processes and maintains applicable documentation at corporate level.Responsible to train business users on standard processes and technologies used to execute those processes.Leads and guides SME community; facilitates user progression/knowledge exchange, ensures SME are trained and provides SME/user support.Effectively communicate business needs and concepts, converting them into technical specifications.Responsible for documentation of business requirements, test use cases, testing, training materials, and update/creation of application documentation for changes.Identifies stakeholders, business problems, business objectives related to system issues and projects while accounting for the impact across other business functions and systems.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fieldKnowledge of LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies is desirable.5 or more years within Manufacturing Operations or Supply Chain roles.Strong understanding of the integration points between Supply Chain and Production Planning modules.Experience with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA.Experience with Salesforce is desirable.Experience with BI tools such as SAP BusinessObjects, SAC, Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or similar.Experience in managing the entire OTC Cycle, including quotation, order processing, capacity planning, MRP, production execution, pricing, availability check, delivery, and billing.Knowledge of MES and EDI systems and processes.Knowledge of other SAP modules (e.g., MM, FI/CO, WM, QM).In-depth process and system knowledge of a medical device manufacturing company or Life Science industryProven track record as Project or Program Manager for SAP process & system implementationsDemonstrated leadership on a cross-functional and multi-cultural environment with a proven change management experienceStrong English skills along with working East Coast Time Zone hoursAbility to travel as required, approximately 25% (International travel)Position is onsite at manufacturing location (Alajuela, Costa Rica)LOCAL Candidates onlyThe Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
