Descripción de funciones: Empowering people, creating technology.Responsibilities:Measure and Drive Finance business process performance.Initiate/guide business standardization, harmonization and change of processes and Master DataPerforms detailed business analysis (audit, survey, benchmarking, kaizen, etc.), outlining issues, concerns, opportunities, and pursuing solutions by working with the Finance team and/or cross-functionally when appropriate (including IT and GROWTTH).Leads requirements gathering and documentation of business requirements/specifications, and gains consensus on priorities for process improvements and resulting technology needs.Leads or sponsors process improvement initiatives and projects. Initiates and/or participates in root cause/corrective action activities.Leads demands/project requests and change management processes for prioritization.Defines in conjunction with the VP of Corporate Finance & Controlling standard policies, procedures for Finance processes and maintains applicable documentation at corporate level.Responsible to train business users on standard processes and technologies used to execute those processes.Leads and guides SME community; facilitates user progression/knowledge exchange, ensures SME are trained and provides SME/user support.Responsible for documentation of business requirements, test use cases, testing, training materials, and update/creation of application documentation for changes.Identifies stakeholders, business problems, business objectives related to system issues and projects while accounting for the impact across other business functions and systems.Working remote from home office.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field5 or more years experience within Finance or Controlling roleIntermediate-Advanced English skills for global positionKnowledge and experience with SAP, LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies is desirableIn-depth process and system knowledge of a medical device manufacturing companyProven track record as Project or Program Manager for SAP process & system implementationsDemonstrated leadership on a cross-functional and multi-cultural environmentRequires conceptual and innovative thinkingExhibits a high degree of decision making and independenceEastern Time Zone hours with flexibility to support on a global level, up to 25% travelThe Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
