Descripción de funciones: Citi is looking for a professional with strong technical and business awareness, who can be alongside developments within own field and the business.Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required to manage a team of business analysts & engineers supporting multiple systems or over a business analysis functional area.Recognized technical expertise for an area within the business, requires basic commercial awareness, provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business.With responsibilities including work allocation, budget and planning, performance evaluation, compensation, staffing and other duties as assigned.
Position responsible for accomplishing results through the intermediate management, responsible of a team in an effort to establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team.The overall objective of this role is to drive applications systems analysis and programming activities through all types of testing and support activities related to the implementation.Generation of plans, schedule, estimates, resourcing, and status reports in addition to promoting continuous improvement process. Ability to work under pressure in a high-demand environment.Qualifications:

• 6-10 years of strong application development experience in ETL Ab Initio (Plans, Graphs, GDE, Co-Ops, DML, Transformation), Ab Initio Control Center Unix (Linux), Oracle-SQL/Procedure or any other RDBMS.
• Full lifecycle software development skills: requirements, design, development, validation, implementation and support.
• Ability to work independently and within a global team.
• Ability to work on multiple parallel deliverables.
• Experience with a custom express

it frameworks deployment and its scheduling tasks. * Strong Project and People Management skills and proven delivery of multiple projects.

• Experience with global high-availability applications.
• Hands on experience with custom metadata repository frameworks used to generate differente graph flows.
• Able to extrapolate data reallocation activities based on a sample set of information.
• Exposure and understanding to Maphub CDA J2B an FAEM Adjustments processes.
• RLM Promotion is a must.

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
