Lead and supervise all activities of the Human Resources department.
Develop and maintain the organizational climate.
Manage talent and ensure compliance with labor legislation.
Implement HR strategies aligned with the companys strategic objectives.
Oversee recruitment and selection processes.
Manage labor relations and resolve conflicts.
Implement training and development programs.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field.
5 years of managerial or leadership experience in HR, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
Solid knowledge of Costa Rican labor legislation.
Fluent in English, B2C1, advanced Excel.
100 onsite role.
