Descripción de funciones: Job DescriptionWe would love you to join us at Experian to support product teams that are focused on consumer credit data, the reporting and processing of credit data, and the regulatory environments that govern credit data.This product management role is designed to support the efforts of our Acquisitions products.The candidate will be responsible for supporting product strategy, product development, innovation, and go-to-market plans/campaigns.As the ideal candidate, you’ll need to work well across multiple teams: Data Development, Compliance, Legal, Sales, Operations, Marketing, and other internal partners.You will need to be highly effective in understanding how lenders are using our products and services today and will provide support as well as collaborate with internal product managers, customers, and stakeholders in all facets of the job.What you’ll be doingActively provide strong product and market support to Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to help drive revenue growth in the North American marketSupport product enhancements and go-to-market plans to drive market input into the creation and ongoing development of product enhancements or new products and services.Support the development and planning of product strategies, including go to market activities and product development roadmaps by using a product management and marketing methodologySupport sales engagements by providing product demonstrations and participating in sales presentations when neededProvide support to Product team and drive product messaging and positioningDevelop sales training and client facing materials based on how Experian can solve client issues and market challengesSupport Product team to manage and improve business operational procedures working with product managers and other internal stakeholdersManage and maintain external and internal facing marketing product documentationEnsure product libraries are current relative to product collateralSupport Product team to research billing/invoice requests and revenue tracking on a monthly basisQualificationsWhat your background looks like5-7+ years of experience in product support, client services, or related fieldSolid understanding of the Financial Services industry (credit experience is preferred)Must have strong communication skills and be able to interface with business, analytics, operations, systems, and marketing personnelHigh sense of urgency and ability to work well in and navigate a matrix environmentExperience managing projects and multiple stakeholdersDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving skillsResourceful and creative thinkerStrong skills with PowerPoint, Excel, Word required; experience with Vizio and Salesforce a plus.A Bachelor’s degree requiredAdditional InformationOur benefits include: Medical, life and dental insurance, Asociacion Solidarista, International Share Save Plan, Flex Work/Work from home, Paid time off, Annual Performance Bonus, Education Reimbursement, Family Bonding, Bereavement Leave, Referral Program, and more.#LI-ML2
