Join us at to be part of our team.Job DescriptionRole SummaryYou will play an important role in the management of a regional FP&A team that supports Experian’s North America teams. The primary goal will create additional capacity for the North America teams by transitioning finance responsibilities from US-based teams to a Hub Team in Costa Rica, and overseeing daily deliverables of people that reports into this role. Responsible for end-to-end development and management of the work transition process and business partnering and reporting out to different finance teams concurrently. Overseeing training tracking, capacity planning, and business partnering. In addition to the lead role, you will oversee the day to day of several teams and lead the individual contributors that supports the difference financial teams that belongs to this segment. You will report to the Financial Manager – Revenue.Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Financial Team Leaders: Partner with Financial Team Leaders across North American teams to set work transition plans and create business cases for backfilling positions in Costa Rica.
  • Redesign and Maintain Reporting: Oversee and redesign status reporting for multiple projects, ensuring escalation of risks (e.g., resourcing constraints, delays) and delivery of transition status reports.
  • Manage Transition Reporting: Handle all inputs into transition status reporting, aligning with teams on transition activities and timelines.
  • Lead Teams: Manage teams of 3-6 individuals, managing daily deliverables, setting appropriate indicators, and ensuring P&L responsibilities are met.
  • Oversee Financial Activities: Lead month-end, forecast, and reporting activities for the assigned team.
  • Develop Governance and Controls: Implement governance and controls to ensure accurate deliverables, escalate issues, and improve through lean and RPA methodologies. Establish documentation programs for desktop procedures.

QualificationsQualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or other related Bachelor’s degree
  • Master in Business Administration, Certified Public Accountant, other related Master degree as ideal.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in accounting/finance roles with varying FP&A responsibilities including: variable cost reporting and forecasting, capital expenditure reporting and forecasting, bonus/commission/royalty calculations, cost and revenue allocations, revenue metric and indicator reporting, driver-based revenue forecasting models.
  • +2y experience in leadership positions, focused on people development and overseeing daily activities.
  • Drive collaboration and consistency in business support across a teams.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise systems and lean training certification, RPA knowledge as ideal.
  • Experience leading projects for system implementation, as ideal.
  • Experience leading work transition process or setting strategies across work transition.
  • Improve, remove roadblocks in a team environment.
