KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Contact all suppliers once a month for a copy of their statement, reconcile the suppliers statement against our aging report.
Resolve all outstanding items with suppliers.
Request credits or refunds from the supplier.
Give support to the billing department with the open cases that they may have with the supplier.
