Activities may include but are not limited to:Customer number validation/creation/updatesCredit check and or paytrend preparationWork closely with sales team, and provide trusted advice regarding processing the deals internal to ensure fast proposal creationWork closely with Post-Sales to ensure smooth booking.Performing contract validation and registration in the systemLoading planned costsProcessing Project Change Requests/AmendmentsPerforming contract management changes in the contractIssuing invoices and processing credit notesSupporting dispute handlingPerforming contract closure according to the Project Manager delegate inputWorking with operational reportsCommunication with internal clients, Financial Analysts, other aligned functions and stakeholders**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**- Complete Bachelor’s Degree- Experience with supply-chain/fulfillment tasks- Ability to run reports, provide measurements and analytics- Intermediate excel- Experience in execution of more complex activities- Collaboration and pro-activity for problem solving- Relationship with stakeholders- Excel intermediate- Advanced English (both written and oral skills)- Communication skills- Analytical Thinking- Detail-oriented- Time management and Organization- Self-directed- Continuous Improvement knowledge and experience- Problem solving**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**- French speaker – intermediate to advanced- Macro/RPA expertise**Required Education**Bachelor’s Degree**Preferred Education**Bachelor’s Degree**Country/Region**Costa Rica**State / Province**HEREDIA**City / Township / Village**HerediaKyndryl is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
