Descripción de funciones: Job Description Role Summary Strong Expert Financial Analyst to support region-wide planning and reporting functions.This role will collaborate with finance teams across the North America region to improve and streamline planning and reporting functions through standardization of common functions.Key Responsibilities Lead monthly meetings with directors, and senior executives to discuss and provide guidance in forecasts, budgets or any other related finance support.Build Ad-hoc analysis reports to present different scenarios and solutions.Drive continuous improvements in forecast accuracy, process efficiencies, and system automations.Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics.Create and maintain desktop procedure documents for routine processes.Manage monthly Close and forecast processes using Hyperion and Oracle applications.across BU’s, Corporate NA or any other as needed.Qualifications Applicants must meet the following requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or other related Bachelor degree.Master in Business Administration, Certified Public Accountant, other related Master degree preferred.6+ years of progressive experience in Finance.Advanced English level.Experience running cost account – Opex, Capex, Labor/HC.Experience running Tech function/ Product Development function as a preferred.Regular FP&A experience: month end support, forecast cycles, budget cycles, etc.Strong business partnering skills with a focus on customer service and responsiveness, preferably experience supporting other finance professionals.Experience with month end processes and reporting, fixed assets, GL, account reconciliation and P&L analysis/variance explanations.Experience running forecast and budget processes.Experience presenting and partnering with Senior Leader levels.Strong analytical and problem solving skills.Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis.Strong ability to work in system details as well as summarize and explain large amounts of information including variances to budget and forecast.Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization.Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and solve problems in a team environment.Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines and work independently.Integrity in research/analysis and commitment to accuracy.Strong Excel skill required.Experience/knowledge of financial systems and tools including OBIEE, Hyperion Planning/Essbase and SmartView preferred.Additional Information This is a permanent home-based role in Costa Rica.No relocation available.Our uniqueness is that we truly celebrate yours.Experian’s culture and people are key differentiators.We take our people agenda very seriously and focus on what truly matters; DEI, work/life balance, development, authenticity, engagement, collaboration, wellness, reward & recognition, volunteering… the list goes on.Experian’s strong people first approach is award winning; Great Place To Work in 24 countries, FORTUNE Best Companies to work and Glassdoor Best Places to Work (globally 4.4 Stars) to name a few.Check out Experian Life on social or our Careers Site to understand why.Experian is proud to be an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.Innovation is a critical part of Experian’s DNA and practices, and our diverse workforce drives our success.Everyone can succeed at Experian and bring their whole self to work, irrespective of their gender, ethnicity, religion, colour, sexuality, physical ability or age.If you have a disability or special need that requires accommodation, please let us know at the earliest opportunity.
