You will have the opportunity to discuss details in the interview.About the role:Responsible for the coordination and creation of the Packaging, Boxing and Labeling changes and documentation; as well as the supporting functions for review and approval of artwork and content.Your responsibilities include:
- Create and execute equipment and process validations.
- Provide support to develop/improve manufacturing processes using engineering tools.
- Have a participating role in problem solving processes, whether due to the increasing number of complaints, scrap, defects, or low production
- Support projects for cost reduction, efficiency improvement, or for utilization of space. Provide support to the production process related to scrap increase, and Quality System actions.
- Engaging in waste reduction initiatives in all divisions of the company.
- Create or update productive procedures and technical documentation related to these processes (equipment, tools, fixtures, spare parts).
- Support engineering activities related to product/process transfers between BSCI facilities.
- Documentation at Packaging level due to activities related with branding changes or updates.
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree: Chemical, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electronic, Electrical, Industrial Maintenance, Materials or related field
- English Level desired: B2: 70-79%
- At least 2 years of experience in similar positions or an equivalent combination of education and experience
