• Carrying out high level Data Administration on a day-to-day basis within HR systems environment.
• Responsible for ensuring master data accuracy.
• Ensuring processes are followed in within the BAT standards.
• Execute master data changes as needed to meet business needs.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of creation and changes to master records to align with audit requirements.
• Ensuring the correct Internal Control process and the respective documentation for audit purpose and procedures.
• Collaboration with team projects.
• Extract data to analyze information.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE

• Intermediated Portuguese level.
• At least one year of experience in similar roles.
• Basic – Intermediated English level.
• Basic – Intermediate level of Microsoft Office suite of applications.
• Teamwork and open to feedback.

Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required

• Bachelor´s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
