Invest your talents in us, and we’ll return the compliment.**Job Description**:The primary focus of this role is converting sensitive electronic files to PDF format using various apps, tools, and techniques. Responsible for developing effective and positive relationships with Datasite team members. Provide superior service in a highly technical environment.This position is full-time; Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm (1 hr lunch break is provided). The position is a hybrid role with a few workdays in office and some working from home (office is in Heredia). Remote work location must have high-speed internet access (minimum 25Mbps download & 5Mbps upload speeds).Essential**Responsibilities**:- Monitors incoming work queue and manages workflow using established prioritization methods- Solves problems related to document processing using common file conversion methods- Applies more advanced techniques to novel situations, especially Excel,.XML, PowerPoint, and.MSG files, which may require advanced reformatting- Follows all Best Practices, Policies and Procedures established by Datasite and/or at the direction of senior staffMinimum Requirements:- High School Diploma- Expert fluency in writing and speaking English- Experience creating and formatting documents using Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Acrobat and various image formats.JPG,.TIF and.DWG preferred- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and ask questions as appropriate- Office 365 proficiency and adept at learning new technologies- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions- Comfortable participating in virtual meetings, screen sharing, and other app functionality- Experience using VPN and Virtual Machines a plus- 2+ years of experience in a technology service environment preferredAs a global organization, Datasite knows that diverse perspectives are essential to our success.
