Descripción de funciones: Director of Operations Position Available in High-End Tourism CompanyAs a member of the Senior Management team, the Director of Operations assumes a strategic role in the overall management of the company.The Director of Operations will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing, and overseeing all Operations, Human Resources, and sales marketing activities of the company.
– Minimum of 3 Years of Management experience.
– University Degree
– Experience building and developing processes and systems
– Track record of long-term commitment to a team and an organizationBehavioral Attributes:– Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization.

– Detailed OrientedResponsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:– Direct and oversee all Operational, Human Resource, and Sales and Marketing functions of the business
– Focus on the big picture of how to continue to grow the company with an emphasis on increasing revenue and decreasing expenses.
– Proactively Identify and Fill gaps and solve problems when challenges arise
– Identify weaknesses in the company and make a plan and process to strengthen them
– Balance the workload among team members by developing and reorganizing roles
– Offer support and guidance to executive teams
– Recruiting and hiring
– Onboarding and Training
– Develop Processes and Systems and Implement and then audit them from start to finish to achieve desired results
– Audit/Review processes and systems regularly and identify potential areas for improvement
– Assess/analyze new strategic opportunities and present findings to the CEO
