You will have the opportunity to discuss details in the interview. About the Role: Acts as the voice of the business on a Product Team. Accountable for defining the product strategy and roadmap and deliver it by coordinating a cross functional team. Ultimately responsible for the success of the product. Your Responsibilities Include: Leads cross-functional team to define business model and develop product capabilities. Drives alignment with marketing, engineering, IT, customer service, compliance & sales. Defines internal organization to build out and scale digital platform in conjunction with cross-functional partners. Creates product development work plan and schedule to build product. Owns end-to-end consumer experience on the new digital product. Creates commercialization strategy and plan in partnership with sales. Works closely with a cross functional team to refine features to ensure global product market fit and growth through on-going testing and analytics. Responsible for the Product Launch. Ensures integrations with existing systems are maintained. Owns long-term product roadmap. Identifies key roadmap contingencies including business operations and partner requirements. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, Computers Engineering, Information System Engineering or related field. At least 5 years of experience in similar positions. English Level desired: 80%. Desirable knowledge in: SCRUM framework, Agile Methodologies, Project Management. Good communication and influence skills. Ability to capture business requirements. Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
