In this role, you’ll work within the Global Sales Engineering organization on a variety of efforts including but not limited to crafting new customized Wrike demos for our clients, creating demonstration templates for product releases of new functionality, and growing scalability of the demo process for the entire Global Sales Organization. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to develop demonstration and presentation skills and have a direct influence on creating additional customer value to support the business. We welcome and encourage initiative as Demo Engineering is a new function within the organization so you have the opportunity to pave the way. While the company is growing, there’s always an opportunity to communicate your idea to a manager of any level and be sure you will be heard.**How You’ll Make an impact**:– Understand prospective customer goals and challenges.
– Build customized demos specific to the customer sales cycle and value propositions.
– Create general purpose Wrike demonstrations showcasing newly released functionality in partnership with the Product organization and Go-To-Market cross-functional team.
– Develop expertise in Wrike and how it can connect with other 3rd party tools to showcase increased customer value.
– Establish plans for additional demo reusability and processes to increase the scalability of the product demonstration process.
– Take requirement documents from the Sales Engineering team and work autonomously to create demos.
– Build and enrich data used within demonstrations to make a realistic demo example enabling the field team to tell compelling stories.**You will achieve your best if you have**:– Good working experience as a Demo Engineer or in related areas of a SaaS company.
– University degree or equivalent working experience.**You will stand out with**:– Ability to work on creative projects autonomously with mínimal direction.
– Experience with integrations (trigger/action framework) APIs.
– Previous experience working with SaaS products.
– Enterprise Architecture experience.
– B.S. in CS/EE/IS/MIS or related Engineering/Science program or Business programs.**What’s next?**:– Interview with a recruiter
