Descripción de funciones: Job DescriptionProduction Control Analyst II will work closely with DevOps, SysOps, software development, customer support, and business analysts to maintain 24×7 production systems and processes. You will be responsible for: Act as primary technical contact during shift for system monitoring, triage and coordination of systems issues, file transmission, and automated processes.Troubleshoot and resolve server issues.Perform daily and other routine checklists including file transmission, report generation, connectivity checks, file manipulation, and job validation.Diagnose and resolve data provider issues as needed. Track open issues and report to customer support, development, and/or clients until resolution is obtained.Maintain processes, scripts, encryption keys, credentials and other key information used in file transmission processes. Work with development to modify and/or create new scripts and processes as needed.Create and maintain documentation about data provider connectivity, scripts, schedules, and contact information.Periodically cover shifts for other team members.Perform system maintenance tasks such as service restarts and server patching.Ensure new production/feature rollouts are coordinated through Production Control, including any documentation and checklists required.Other Duties as Required.Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5:00 am to 2:00 pm Central Time. Weekend On-Call rotation required every 7 weeks. QualificationsAt least 3 years’ experience in computer operations or related field. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.Experience with Windows Server operating systems.Experience with Linux administration is desired. General knowledge of TCP/IP networks and experience troubleshooting connectivity issues.Knowledge or experience with various tools like, Dynatrace, SolarWind, ServiceNow, Jira, SysDIG, VSphere, MSMQ.
