Descripción de funciones: :Develop and deliver engaging cyber fraud awareness strategies.Create and update materials like newsletters, posters and online resources.Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote cyber fraud awareness.Provide expertise and support on cyber fraud prevention.Collaborate to assess and enhance security controls and procedures.Work with the Incident Response team to investigate incidents and recommend preventive measures.Develop metrics to measure program effectiveness.Generate reports and updates on cyber fraud awareness initiatives.Monitor emerging cyber fraud trends and ensure proactive prevention.Stay updated on industry standards and regulations.Identify vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.Continuously improve program processes for efficiency.Requirements:Degree in Education, Communications, Computer Science, or related field; equivalent experience accepted.Proven experience managing cybersecurity awareness programs.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Strong facilitation and influencing skills.Analytical skills for program assessment and improvement.Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and technologies preferred.Experience in a global, multicultural environment is helpful.Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and offers reasonable accommodations for job seekers with disabilities.
