Descripción de funciones: **Duties and Responsibilities**:– Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned cases
– Communicate effectively with doctors, patients, health care entities to gather information, provide updates, and coordinate patient care
– Ensure all necessary documentation and paperwork is completed in a timely and accurate manner
– Assist in coordinating patient care and follow-up appointments.
– Provide support and guidance to patients and their families throughout the case management process
– Utilize case management software to track and document case progress.
– Gathering medical reports
– Getting insurance information from the defendant
– Assisting in preparing settlement demands
– Determining the extent of damage covered by the insurance policy, along with other basic litigation duties**Skills and Qualifications**:– Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Medicine or any related field
– A minimum of 2 years of experience in case management, specifically in a hospital setting
– With experience in customer service
– Experience assisting doctors and patients in a healthcare setting
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficient in using case management software and Microsoft Office**Salary**: From ¢1,000.00 per month**Education**:– Bachelor’s (preferred)**Experience**:– Health care: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:– English (required)
