Job Description
The CRM Business Analyst plays a pivotal role working with our Salesforce, Pricing, Product and Sales teams to ensure our Salesforce application is working as expected, managing DocuSign adoption and expansion and conducting additional Salesforce Projects including various MyExperian Portal activities. The CRM Business Analyst will be responsible for maintaining Salesforce Best Practice guides, user access, and Sales engagement when guidance or assistance is necessary. The CRM Business Analyst will gain a thorough understanding of our Salesforce, CPQ, DocuSign, and MyExperian Portal applications in order to address adoption and best practice engagement by our users.
The CRM Business Analyst is an advocate for identified enhancements that drive efficiency and sales productivity. Excellent working relationships with the Sales, Support teams, and other key internal partners are critical to ensure a successful outcome to projects with improved ability to respond to the market faster based on regional control of priorities.
The CRM Business Analyst requires an understanding of our business processes so that they can interpret the business issues and translate them into the technical requirements required to address the situation.
Qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Manage CPQ functions including: updating users, approval changes, editing products/prices, adding simple products, and documenting template changes
- Completing CPQ related cases to resolve identified concerns
- Facilitate product requirements across Product Marketing, Strategic Pricing, and Sales Operations for implementation to CPQ
- Maintain and expand working knowledge of current Salesforce, CPQ, and DocuSign functionality to assist with adoption and ongoing guidance
- Address DocuSign requirements and adoption enhancements
- Build and Maintain DocuSign templates and provide training to necessary teams utilizing those templates
- Complete assigned activities related to the MyExperian Portal launch and expansion
- Work with CRM team to identify additional CRM projects that address the needs of the Sales Teams
- Develop and communicate Best Practice guidance to user communities
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Salesforce applications and knowledge of Experian’s products
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration across teams
- Ability to view problems from the perspective of an end user
- Problem solving skills and ability to interpret business needs to technical solutions
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Strong collaborator and team member
- Good organizational skills
- Strong Excel skills
