This opportunity is waiting for you to contribute to Sandoz success story in the area of biosimilar toward the future, at the same time it becomes also the right step up in your career!- As the Ethics, Risk, and Compliance (ERC) team member you will collaborate with the Head of ERC to deliver the ERC Programs that require day-to-day operational management of compliance queries, effective compliance partnering with businesses, and cross-functional collaboration with other departments and units to strengthen risk intelligence and risk oversight. Your responsibilities:- Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Proactive risk management focusing on key compliance risk areas (third party risk management, interaction with Health Care Professionals, Anti-Bribery, external funding activities, P3, etc.)- Monitoring and testing of Professional practices policies- Supporting the establishment of local ERC standards based on internal policies and guidelines (Code of Ethics, Conflicts of Interests, SpeakUp, Anti-Bribery, Professional Practices Policy, etc.).
