It isn’t a question.The Compensation & Benefits Analyst will be part of Compensation and Benefits Operations Team, leading identified markets in the Region and coordinating Global processes. The person that will hold this position will be playing crucial role executing and ensuring that compensation and benefits administration processes are delivered timely within established frames in all countries. The role as part of People Services will report to the Region Compensation and Benefits Ops Lead.Key Responsibilities Executing the job evaluations process for positions from junior to senior mangement levels.Supports salary decision guidance either based on specific requests via Service NOW or as per Workday escalations e.g., as part of the Request Comp Change, Job Change and Recruitment processes. Responsible for salary management within the aligned countries.Accountable to support the record retention process of compensation related documents.Execute salary and benefits survey submissions. Providing insights and information on top of the data contained in Workday.Identify opportunities to change or update the Benefits offering, incl. reviewing, etc.Execute job mapping/matching for benchmarking as per global guidance.Support vendor relationship and negotiation, ensuring the best possible coverage for employees at the best rate.Support process to ensure vendors deliver against agreed SLAs and with high levels of quality and customer experience.Answering queries not managed by outsourced providers (as applicable) and escalations via outsourced providers.Respond to requests for insights / trend data from the businesses.Execute analysis of the total employment cost and resolves any inconsistencies.Validates job family ranges for countries within remit.Support process for submissions and multipliers Employment Cost Analysis for the countries for the Region.Why you?Basic Qualifications:We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or similar field.2-year experience in a Reward roleBenefits and Vendors knowledgeAdditional language skills (English and Portuguese) are preferred.High level of expertise in standard MS Office software, especially Excel.Care to join us.
