In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our main API/Member platform as well as subsequent services and systems. Provide excellent customer service and assist in resolving customer application issues. Experian’s Application Support Analyst will be responsible for the following support responsibilities: Research, and diagnose complex software issues raised by clients/members Develop, test, and execute SQL queries to aid in the investigation and analysis of issues Examine error logs and database content to determine the cause of a problem Document and implement workaround solutions wherever possible. Document steps to reproduce for resolution with internal and external resources Document processes procedures, and technical instructions for future reference and use by support teams Create/manage production/staging support tickets Communicating with both internal and external customers to achieve ticket resolution as quickly as possible. Qualifications What your background looks like: At least 2-3 years’ experience with Linux, SSH, PHP, HTML, CSS, XML, MySQL, Shell Scripting At least 1-2 years’ experience with JavaScript Experience developing or supporting sites using API and SDK integration Knowledge of Linux, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, MySQL, Shell scripting Knowledge of troubleshooting and implementing Web technologies Knowledge of programming and software development concepts Proficiency in defect troubleshooting and code debugging Ability to resolve basic product defects with code and produce hotfixes for customers Strong client-facing communications skills by providing timely and frequent updates to clients through Service Now Demonstrates critical thinking capabilities and follows through with internal and external customers Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluent in English) Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent job experience) Work with management to measure and improve customer satisfaction Additional Information Our benefits include: Medical, life and dental insurance, Asociación Solidarista, International Share Save Plan, Flex Work/Work from home, Paid time off, Annual Performance Bonus, Education Reimbursement, Family Bonding, Bereavement Leave, Referral Program, and more.
