Additionally, proactively identify new products and sales leads through client interaction. The knowledge and experience gained in this role will help with future development within Moody’s Analytics. Responsibilities: Handle phone calls, emails and instant messaging Acquire strong knowledge of Moody’s Analytics products Resolve client issues, complete specific client requests Must be able to work collaboratively and independently Adept at problem solving and developing effective work plans Act as a liaison between Sales and clients Qualifications: Strong customer orientation, an eagerness to excel and a desire to be a part of a dynamic, fast growing team. Demonstrated experience in a customer service role preferred. Experience using computer systems and software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong written and verbal communication skills. The successful candidate will be a motivated, responsible individual with the ability to work with minimal direct supervision. Ability to shift priorities quickly. Education Requirements BA or BS degree preferred Zero (0) to two (2) years related experience Moody’s is an equal opportunity employer.
