Additionally, proactively identify new products and sales leads through client interaction. The knowledge and experience gained in this role will help with future development within Moody’s Analytics.**Responsibilities**:- Acquire strong knowledge of Moody’s Analytics products- Resolve client issues, complete specific client requests- Must be able to work collaboratively and independently- Adept at problem solving and developing effective work plans- Act as a liaison between Sales and clients**Qualifications**:- Strong customer orientation, an eagerness to excel and a desire to be a part of a dynamic, fast growing team.- Demonstrated experience in a customer service role preferred.- Experience using computer systems and software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Strong written and verbal communication skills.**Education Requirements**BA or BS degree preferredZero (0) to two (2) years related experienceMoody’s is an equal opportunity employer.
