To create leads, you will be leveraging two main channels to generate first-time meetings with our ideal buyers:

  • Inbound Nurturing – This refers to the nurturing and qualification of all new leads generated from the Auxis website, including consultations, webinar registrations, content downloads and chatbot conversions. The typical channels for nurturing include Email, Phone and LinkedIn.

  • Become an expert on Auxis’ BPO Outsourcing Services and market trends to effectively position Auxis capabilities, value proposition and differentiators to ideal buyers

  • Participate in first-time meetings with clients and create associated deals and meeting notes in the CRM related to all the opportunities that you are involved with.
  • Learn how to qualify BPO clients by understanding our typical minimum requirements to be an Auxis client and gather the necessary information from the customer in preparation for first-time meetings.
  • Become an expert on overcoming key client objections throughout the sales process and learning the “Auxis way” to win clients.
  • Perform research about the company and the client contacts you are meeting with, and make sure that all Auxis participants are prepared for the client meetings you are scheduling in advance of the calls.
  • Track and monitor your performance versus targets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, including the preparation of reports to provide to your direct supervisor and to the BPO team.
  • Stay up to speed on the latest B2B sales automation tools and best practices in order to work smarter and improve your productivity and performance. • Participate in relevant networking groups (virtual and in-person) and conferences in order to support your lead generation efforts.
  • Once the leads are qualified and handed off to the BPO sales team, you will continue to be responsible for monitoring the progress of those deals and providing sales support as needed throughout the process until the deal is closed.
