Descripción de funciones: This position is responsible for providing support to the Fab Construction Enterprise (FCE) and Corporate Services (CS) organizations. The role may support various front end and back-end activities including capital project creation, WBS origination, Purchase Order management, settlement, asset transfers, others. This desk partners with diverse stakeholders including fixed assets, capital analysts, operations, capacity planning and project teams.

**The **Capital Settlement Analyst**responsibilities will include but not be limited to**:

– Consistently utilizes and applies financial, accounting, business and risk management strategies and concepts.
– Independently evaluates accounting and reporting and recommends solutions to ensure the integrity of external and internal reporting. Inadequacies in performance and erroneous decisions can lead to inefficient use of resources and loss of business.
– Plans, performs, and schedules own work with general management direction.
– Assignments are delivered in the form of overall goals and expected results.
– Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication;willing to communicate issues clearly and concisely.
– Seeks to understand the message and diversity of thought.
– Problem solving and strong action orientation: Identifies problems and Root Causes. Improves things when they are not working.
– Searches for existing solutions to problems when appropriate.
– Partnering: Meet commitments on a timely basis.
– Builds professional relationships based on trust, respect, and delivery of results.
– Teamwork: Supportive and actively participate in teams. Helps to build and sustain great place to work andcan identify conflicts.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum requirements**:

– Must be an active student of, or must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
– 1+ years of experience in Finance global services experience.
– Intermediate Excel for Data Analysis (Managing large sets of data).
– Upper-Intermediate English level.
– Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

– Power BI,Winshuttleexperience.
– Capital Shared Service Centerexperience.
– Experience inSAP.
– Havepursued at least 50% of degree

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
