We are looking to hire Business Relation Representative to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to further enhance your call center and customer skills and work with a Global company with lots of career growth opportunities!
Bill Gosling Outsourcing provides a career opportunity in Customer Service, with various shifts and full-time hours in our state-of-the-art call center. We strive to create a fun, diverse, and engaging workplace, which promotes both personal and professional growth.
WHAT YOU WILL DO?
- Managing internal sales calls; business-to-business call center agent position
- Inbound and outbound communications with businesses through telephone and e-mail
- Provide top notch customer service by effectively understanding business needs and offering or upgrading services to ensure the best solution
- Achieve set targets and other performance indicators as outlined by the business
- Update business accounts with appropriate information ensuring regulatory, business specific and corporate guidelines are followed
ABOUT YOU:
- You enjoy talking to people on the phone
- You are passionate about customer service and delivering a quality customer experience
- Self-motivated and target driven with a history of exceeding company targets
- You are open to coaching/feedback and have a desire to grow and drive your career forward
REQUIREMENTS:
- English Proficiency minimum of CEFR C1
- Previous experience in customer service, call center or sales position is required
- Experience in tier II customer support and/or customer retention is a strong asset
- Must be able to work full-time from office– who doesn’t like a beautiful, brand new office with a fun work environment and free coffee?
