  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with different management levels and articulate issues clearly.

Education

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Operations, business process management, or business analysis.

ResponsibilitiesThe individual will work closely with a variety of key stakeholders across the MIS organization and will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with the processing of analyst assignments according to operational and regulatory guidelines (including Analyst Rotation, Conflict, and Analyst Certification requirements).
  • Supporting the management of mandatory analyst rotations and contributing to the timely completion of regulatory checks.
  • Aiding in the investigation of policy breaches and responding to internal queries by providing support and insights on eligibility and compliance policies.
  • Contributing to periodic and ad-hoc management and regulatory reports.
  • Supporting the maintenance of training materials and internal procedures.
  • Engaging in initiatives aimed at process improvement, change management, and data quality assurance.

About the teamThe Associate Operations Analyst within the Analyst Eligibility team is responsible for supporting the end-to-end process of Key Analyst allocation to credit ratings globally in accordance with all applicable regulatory requirements.This includes assisting timely completion of analyst assignment requests, reporting to business stakeholders and senior management, and investigation of process exceptions.Moody’s is an equal opportunity employer.
