Descripción de funciones: INOI is international electronics brand founded by Nokia & Samsung distribution team with over 30 years’ experience in mobile phone business.We have our own production in China (OEM) as well as a wide range of distribution channels in more than 30+ countries.**Responsibilities**:– Manage a portfolio of key accounts in the consumer electronics industry, serving as the primary point of contact for customers
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers, influencers
– Develop a deep understanding of customers’ needs, business objectives, and pain points, and proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
– Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of proposals, contracts, and other documents
– Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
– Monitor customer satisfaction, track account performance, and develop strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty
– Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies, and share insights with customers and internal stakeholders**Qualifications**:– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
– 3+ years of experience in account management or sales in the electronics industry
– Proven track record of achieving revenue targets, managing customer relationships, and driving customer satisfaction
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
– Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
