**Application Integration**:– Work with technical teams to design and implement integration solutions, ensuring data integrity and security.**User Training and Adoption**:
**Vendor Management**:– Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party vendors, including software providers and service providers.
– Conduct vendor assessments, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with service-level agreements.**Data Analysis and Reporting**:– Manage and support the BI technical team to ensure the optimization and maintenance of our data warehouse and the successful delivery of our BI dashboards to the business users**Continuous Improvement**:
Skills and Experience:– Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
– Proficiency in project management, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
– Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
– Professional Services Automation («PSA») Software knowledge and experience a strong plus.
– Experience with Microsoft 365 environment
– Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations, such as ISO27001 and HIPAA.
– Strong understanding of database technologies and how they work. Especially SQL.
