They will help implement, document with SOPs, and improve existing processes and workflows and suggest new processes to improve information and data flow across the organizations. The BA will help identify errors, gaps, conduct tests to ensure datasets are complete and accurate, and provide recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. The BA will use various data reconciliation, validation, and control techniques to ensure data accuracy in the set.Responsibilities
Collaborate with accounting, Tririga teams, WW OPS, and leadership to ensure building datasets and information meet data standards and initiate reconciliation steps with the data owners to ensure they get resolved in a timely manner.
Created detailed documentation related to building datasets andor workflows to ensure all data sources, data transformations and processes are documented to the level needed to pass accounting and lease admin standards.
Update project management tools on progress, challenges and completed tasks.
Participate in data validations and quality control activities produced by Business Intelligence Engineers BIEs.
Data reconciliation to data sources for verification and accuracy.Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or 3 years of Business Analyst work experience.
Strong analytical, problemsolving, and criticalthinking skills.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar experience in a related role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Familiarity with project management tools and concepts.
Collaborate with project management teams to meet project milestones and timelines, communicating any potential roadblocks.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the abstraction process by identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and accuracy.
Develop and maintain comprehensive abstraction metrics reporting, providing insights into the accuracy, timeliness, and quality of abstraction efforts.
Analyze metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and actionable recommendations to enhance the abstraction process.
Additional temporary resource for projectbased work to assist in clearing and cleaning up ticket backlog and other activities as assigned.
