BI team has been established to meet the overall account goals for data insights and align with client expectations by enabling data driven decisions.Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management
- Lead the requirements gathering through a UX Workshop.
- Project manage the streamlined operating rhythm of Mock Up – Data integration -Data Development – Launch.
- Liaise with Program & Service Line Leads / Data Analysts to identify the data definitions & metrics.
- Complete the data metrics documentation and user guide.
- Identify source systems and liaise with the owners for access to the backend.
- Oversee data gathering process, data integrity and quality.
- Lead daily stand-up discussion with BI team.
- Project Management & Organizational Skills
- Excellent planning & organizational skills to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines.
- Oversee the dashboard development schedule against milestones.
- Communicate any risks identified.

- Resourceful – ability to deal with highly ambiguous circumstances in a rapidly changing environment.
- Analytical, proven ability to solve problems using a quantitative approach.

- Regional Experience & Familiarity with Large Scale Portfolios
- Proven ability to produce results working across multiple countries, at scale.
- A knowledge of, and respect for the variety of cultures in the region, and how to navigate the challenges such a diverse region provides.
- Communication and Training
- Work with cross-functional teams on communications for any newly launched dashboards
- Regularly communicate progress updates with stakeholders
- Conduct the sprint reviews and the user trainings for dashboards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data management, analysis, and visualization.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Expertise in BI tools, platforms, and methodologies, including Google Looker and PLX.
- Proficiency in data analysis software and programming languages, including Apps Script or JavaScript.
- Strong SQL and HTML knowledge.
- Proven project management capabilities for delivering BI projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong presentation and client relationship skills.
- Data storytelling ability to transform data into compelling narratives.
- Experience in real estate or a related industry a plus.
