Descripción de funciones: Support the analysis and submission of reports to various constituencies local regulators, SEC, Fed, OCC, etc. based on requirements such as US GAAP, US Regulatory, and local statutory reporting
Assist with closing the books and subledgers, other financial reporting and analysis tasks.
Assist with financial and management reporting, metrics and monitoring
Identify and resolve problems using basic Finance knowledge, escalating as needed, coming from exceptions review and validation process
Assist in the management of one or more processes, reports, procedures, or products
Provide senior analyst guidance and lead the execution of new processes and procedures within defined parameters and assist with the implementation of process change and redesign
Document and establish business requirement documents, review test scripts, and interact with business partners to ensure successful migrations of key technology releases
Escalate problems or issues related to transactions, processes, reports, or procedures and reporting control issues with transparency.
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
25 years of previous experience in related fields required
Proven track record in financial reporting and analysis.
Selfmotivated and detail oriented
Working knowledge of related industry practices and standardsProven analytical skills and ability to easily connect the dots
Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience in preparing comprehensive reports and analyses.
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
