Descripción de funciones: **We are still growing with new and exciting opportunities – Be a part of our team!**We have a new **Canada-based** client who is looking for **Back Office Agents **to add to our Team. **The first class starts on March 18th.**As a **Back Office Agent, **you will:
**Key Responsibilities**
– Resolving complex billing, collection, and customer contract queries.
– Resolving account and transaction, exceptions, audit and integration related issues.
– Responding to and resolving all cases and issues referred to back-office CSRs in a timely fashion.
– Contacting customers as and when required to resolve customer issues.**Requirements**:– Previous experience in back office role is preferred
– English Proficiency of CEFR B2 / 85% or better
– Successful completion of high school education is preferred
